Job Description: Customer Success Associate - Operations

Seeking an entry level Associate in our Customer Success function to execute tasks that are critical for the delivery of Cobu’s product and to help create Raving Fans among both our B2B and B2C customers

Responsibilities:

- Compose Special Offers: Create compelling special offers for local vendors, including titles and descriptions. Utilize proprietary tool to input offers into a resident engagement mobile app.
- Compose Events: Craft event titles and descriptions for upcoming events. Input event details into the mobile app using a proprietary tool. Select suitable images and ensure correct dimensions.
- Create Flyers: Develop eye-catching promotional flyers for events hosted at apartments, using event data from mobile app. Choose appropriate imagery and distribute flyers to clients via email.
- Match Data: Associate residents with Google reviews cross-referencing names and email addresses.
- Update Contact Info: Maintain accurate customer contact information across multiple systems.
- Approval: Review and approve/reject user suggested resident groups in accordance with guidelines.
- Customer Correspondence: Interact with customers promptly and professionally, updating customer records based on communications.

Requirements

- Proficiency in using Gmail for communication and organization
- Familiarity with Canva for designing promotional materials
- Previous experience in customer success roles
- Strong English language writing skills with a keen eye for detail
- Marketing experience is advantageous
- Highly organized and detail-oriented individual
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
- Self-starter
- Bachelor degree
- Nice to have: Experience with Hubspot for customer relationship management
- Work timings: 2PM to 11PM IST (4 hour overlap with EST)
